Refunds and Returns:
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you may return the unused portion for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping costs, within 30 days of purchase. If you buy more than 1 unit, we will only refund the unopened product plus one opened bottle. If you were shipped the wrong product in error, you may return the product at our expense for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.
You must email Customer Care to get a return authorization number prior to shipping your return. Please understand that to provide our ultra-low prices, we must operate on very small margins. Gorillavitamins.com maintains the right to refuse an order due to error(s) beyond our control such as but not limited to web site malfunction.
